Add Users
If you have administrator privileges on the console, you can add other administrative or read-only users to your fabric. A user can belong to only one fabric.
With administrator privileges, you can add, edit, or delete users. There must be at least one administrator on the account.
| After a single sign-on (SSO) account is set up, all users who sign in to Aviatrix PaaS using SSO are initially assigned a read-only role. If you want to sign in with administrator privileges, you must be invited by an admin on the console and given the admin role. |
To add a user to your organization, complete the following.

Log in to Aviatrix PaaS with your administrator role.

Go to Administration > User Access.

Click + User.

On Add User & Role, enter the name and work email address of the person you want to invite.
You can invite users within the same corporate domain, using their valid business email address.

Select the Role to assign the user and click Invite.
Available roles are admin and read-only.
An email invitation is sent to the user with a sign-in link. The link expires after one hour.
The new user displays in the Users list with a status of "Invitation Sent." When the user accepts the invitation and logs in, the status changes to display the user’s last sign-in time.

Edit or Delete a User
You must have administrator privileges to edit or delete users.
There must be at least one administrator assigned to the organization to keep the account active.
| Do not delete the last administrator without adding a new administrator first, or you could be locked out of the account. |

To edit an existing user, click Edit
for that user, make your change, and Save.You can modify the username and role, but not the email address.

To remove an existing user, click Delete
for that user and verify deletion.
