Editing a Distributed Cloud Firewall Ruleset

You must upgrade to Controller version 8.0 to use DCF rulesets.

To edit a ruleset:

  1. On the Security > Distributed Cloud Firewall > Policy tab, click Manage Rulesets.

  2. Click the Edit edit iconicon next to the ruleset. The Edit Ruleset dialog displays.

  3. In the Edit Ruleset dialog, configure the following:

    Field Description

    Name

    Enter a name for the ruleset.

    Place Ruleset

    Select to place the ruleset above or below an existing ruleset (if applicable), or at the top or bottom of the ruleset list

    Existing Ruleset Name

    If there are existing rulesets, select the ruleset?

  4. Click Save.

  5. Click Close to close the Manage Rulesets dialog.

  6. On the Policy tab, select a ruleset from the list.

  7. You can then add rules to the ruleset using the information in Creating Distributed Cloud Firewall Rules.
