Setting Up Email Channels for Sending Alert Notifications

You can create a list of recipients, with email addresses, as potential channels to receive alert notifications. You must select one or more recipients when configuring user alerts, so recipients must be added before configuring the alert they will receive.

  1. In CoPilot, go to Monitor > Notifications > Recipients tab.

  2. In Email Address pane, click Email Address.

  3. For Alias, enter the name or alias of the person or team who will receive the alert notification.

  4. For Email address, type the email address of the person or team who will receive the alert notification.

  5. Click Save.

    The email address is saved and is now available for selection when configuring CoPilot user alerts.
