Metric Types for Triggering Alerts

When you create an alert configuration, you choose the metric type on which to base the alert.

You can choose the following metric types depending on the monitored host (Controller, CoPilot, or Gateways):

  • Health

  • System

  • Network

You can choose various conditions based on the metric type selected for setting condition thresholds. See also Metric Threshold Comparators.
