Creating a TGW Peering Attachment

Create a TGW Peering attachment to connect two AWS Transit Gateways in different regions using AWS native TGW Peering. This attachment automatically creates two Network Domains associated with each TGW and respective attachment ID.

To create an AWS TGW peering:

Go to Aviatrix CoPilot > Networking > Connectivity > select the AWS TGW tab > select an existing AWS TGW.
Select the Attachments tab.
Select the AWS TGW Peering tab.
Click + AWS TGW Peering.

Region	Click on the dropdown menu and select a region. Note that peering is interregional, so the region of the current AWS TGW does not appear in the list. Only regions within the current AWS TGW’s cloud are available.
